Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account to use Focara Kitchen?
No. You can import, cook, plan, and shop entirely without an account — your recipes stay on your device. You only create an account if you want to share recipes with specific people.
If I buy Pro on my phone, does it work on my other devices?
Subscriptions are tied to the app store you bought from (Apple or Google) and the account you used. Use Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen to bring Pro back on a new device signed in to the same store account. An Apple subscription and a Google subscription are separate purchases.
What happens to my recipes if I lose my phone?
Because your box lives on your device, it isn't backed up by us. Use Settings → Export My Recipes to save your own copy any time, and keep your device's own backups turned on.
